1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By submitting your information through our Google Form to access our website ("Platform"), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, please do not submit your information.
2. Platform Description
Our Platform is designed to facilitate connections between clients or businesses seeking to fill critical roles or require assistance with budgeted projects ("Clients") and a network of independent professionals/experts ("Experts"). Clients can detail their requirements through a Google Form, and Experts can respond to these requirements with their services.
3. Data Submission and Hiring Scope
To utilize our Platform, Clients must submit accurate and complete information through the Google Form. The project scope and services offered by Experts will be determined based on this information. Any work falling outside the scope provided in the Google Form will be considered a separate project and must be submitted separately on our Platform.
4. Expert Matching
Our Platform aims to match Clients with suitable Experts based on the project details provided in the Google Form. This matching process is automated and relies on the submitted information's accuracy. While we strive to facilitate appropriate matches, we cannot guarantee a perfect match or the availability of Experts at all times.
5. Agreement between Client and Expert
When an Expert expresses interest in your submission, whether for project assistance or a full-time role, you may enter into a contractual relationship with them within the defined scope outlined in your submission. Our Platform serves solely as a facilitator for these connections and is not a party to any agreement that may be formed between you and the Expert.

Information We Collect – You directly provide us with most of the information we collect: when you register with us, use it, complete forms, or register to any of our programs. We also collect information about your communications with Crosshired as well as any of your posts on our blogs or forums and your communication with other users of Crosshired. In addition, we automatically collect information while you access, browse, view or otherwise use the Site and receive information from third party vendors or other available sources.

Children - This Site is offered and available to users who are at least 18 years of age and of legal age to form a binding contract. Minors under 18 and at least 13 years of age, are only permitted to use the Site through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian with their appropriate permission. Minors under 13 are not permitted to use the Site or the Crosshired services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
